To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies during your visit:
No Children Unless They Are the Client
To maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask that children not receiving services stay at home. If a child is the client, they are welcome to attend their appointment with one accompanying adult.
One Guest Per Appointment
For the comfort of all our guests, please only bring additional guests if necessary to your appointment.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the salon. We ask that you step outside for this purpose.
Respectful Phone Use
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, please avoid using your phone on speaker.
No Inappropriate Behavior
For the safety and comfort of everyone, please do not arrive at the salon under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No-show/Cancellation Policy
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges, up to 100% of your service fee.
